Can’t make an appointment and even if you do they’ll take a bunch of walk ins in front of you. Stylist won’t talk to you in regards to cuts or prices. Just save you money and go somewhere else.

My daughter In Law called up there to make an appt for my grandson to get a haircut. She was told to call an hour before they arrived. So she did. They said to bring him in and they’d cut his hair. She arrived and they said they were to busy to cut his hair.

Critical:QualityAmanda was the stylist giving my haircut. She left grooves and gaps in my hair from lazily using the clippers.She only used one hand to cut and not support my head when using the clippers while she buzzed my hair.I could feel the clippers on the back of my head bouncing from where she didn’t support my head, unlike a good stylist does.She also cut too much off my front top and made my front look thin while giving me a receding hair line.And the sides weren’t even in length.She just doesn’t care anymore.Can’t put back what was cut off.Service:HaircutAmanda was the stylist giving my haircut. Positive:Cleanliness,Professionalism,Quality,ValueI had a pretty negative impression of this place for a while. I got a haircut in 2014 while I was in high school & it was AWFUL. I mean awful awful. After that I moved to Chattanooga & went to the same barber shop for 4 years. When covid shut everything down in 2020 I ended up moving back to Marion County and growing my hair out because I didn’t trust anyone to cut it. After a year with no hair cut I finally cracked and decided to give this place another try since my friends were recommending it. I booked an appointment for 3:00 p.m & Sarah Beth was my hairstylist. She did a phenomenal job. I haven’t been this happy with a haircut and over a year! I will definitely be going back to get my hair trimmed in the future. The rest of the staff were also extremely friendly & professional. I had a pretty negative impression of this place for a while. I got a haircut in 2014 while I was in high school & it was AWFUL. I mean awful awful. After that I moved to Chattanooga & went to the same barber shop for 4 years. Critical:Professionalism,QualityI chose this salon based off of all the good reviews. Plenty of people had good things to say about this place. However, my experience couldn’t have been further from what I expected. I was started off with the lady using a product that was “new and she wasn’t sure was going to work”. So I should have known better right then but I gave benefit of the doubt. After 30 wasted minutes, it didn’t work and she put another product on my hair. She left it for an hour when it was only supposed to be left in for 45 minutes MAX (per the directions) and checked every 5. There was also another girl there trying to work on my hair at the same time. When she applied the colors, it wasn’t even CLOSE to what I asked for. I wanted a caramel ombré towards the bottom of my hair, which had previously been colored, and she had lifted it to light blonde. I ended up with AUBURN RED (which she described as a beautiful copper brown before applying) with bright blonde, patchy highlights all the way to my scalp. I had mentioned an undercut WITHOUT a design, and even showed reference pictures. She proceeded to shave a design in my hair before I realized what she was doing. I ended up completely buzzing it off because it was SO sloppy. Overall, the experience was completely unprofessional. She even had friends coming in and talking endlessly while trying to deal with clients.
